I believe everyone can benefit from practicing yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathwork), but I’d especially like to offer a service for –
- People who have experienced sudden changes in physical capabilities and who may be struggling to see a positive future for themselves as a result.
- People with a desire to train but who have disabilities, physical differences, or psychological issues that make them reluctant or even afraid to train in a conventional gym setting.
- People who feel they would be unwelcome or unable to join a gym/class because they believe they wouldn’t be able to do ‘enough’ to properly participate.
- Those who have experienced vicarious trauma – i.e. people who care for, and/or about, someone who has undergone major trauma.
